Montana Imported Car Registration

• You will receive a Montana Title, registration and license plates
• Cars 11 years old and older will receive a permanent registration
• REQUIRED: You must be able to provide the following forms to qualify for this service:

1) Foreign Title/Transferable Registration

2) Bill of Sale (Only if it's not already titled in your name)

3) HS7 / DOT Declaration Completed by the registered Importer.

4) CPB7501

5) EPA3520-1 (Only for vehicles less than 25 years old)

6) Foreign export certificate and a certified English translation. (The export certificate is considered the same thing as the vehicle's title. Certified English translation certificates can be obtained through services like RushTranslate.)

7) NVIS Form (Only for Canadian Vehicles with no title or registration)
